Can you gents lob a few photos up of your LED sidelights and a link to where you got them? Im getting bored with just the interior LEDs. All my aux lighting outside is LED but its time to do the side lights etc. Leaving the headlights as Xenon (when I replace the bulbs)

on a customers td4 which came in with smoke and misfire underload, already been on diagnostic showing faulty injector ,while removing old injector found it had 2 washers on the nozzel removed one refitted ,cured ,bloke cant explain how 2 washers got to be there as has run well since its last had previous work ,is he telling porkies or what

I'm swapping all the bits from the old engine to the new engine but completely failed to get 1 drive plate bolt off :(

I've had my Freelander for six months now, was in decent nick when I got it, but have made some improvements!

First off, replaced all interior mats, and new reg plates. Added front light guards, then replaced back box, and added wing style roof rails. Replaced the tatty green Freelander badge on the rear, and hammerite to the grill in the lower front bumper and towing eye. Two new front tyres and replaced all 5 alloy wheel centre caps. Discarded rear wheel cover, put leather cover on steering wheel, replaced stereo and all speakers with pioneer kit that has parrot Bluetooth and 2 iPod connectors into glovebox. Very recently added Heko wind deflectors, and the top of dash pop up cup holders.

I know it's 6 months since I got it, because today I had to buy road tax!

Nothing as my wife is a home carer and she's still out working, she uses Freelander, I was away to work early doors. Recently finished fitting cruise control ECU to get the system working, great addition. Fllled up with fuel last night, almost £85  !! and added 200 ml of 2 stroke oil. Planning to wash it later. Got new prop bushes (GKN Ones) to fit & 2 new tyres, on front I assume as rotated fronts to rear last weekend, but will swap again when I fit new ones. (Does that make sense)

Do NOT fit new tyres to the front unless yu are a complete moron, have no understanding of your vehicle and wish to take out a mortgage in the near future.

Rtfm!!!!!!

Fitted a new set of Dayco belts to my replacement V6 along with a new water pump, idler and tensioner pulley!!

LP Pump changed along with the MAF Sensor and hoses. I think the fault was caused by a very corroded earth attachment to the fuel filter assembly. Anyway all rectified and now the car is running really well.

DD went to get my Chinese. In other news, I changed my gearbox, IRD and diff oils. I also took off my brake drums, ground all the rust and old paint off them and re sprayed them with black engine enamel - shiny!!

I can already feel a big difference - the ride is far smoother and the noise reduction is crazy. Well worth doing :).
