Also fitted a new security feature.
A "Hippolock"What sort of 'security feature' would that be?
That's twice the imaginary life of a vcu. You'll need to buy 2 now. Chuck one away and fit the other.Removed props from vcu......what a ball ache...looks like original vcu as the bolts were untouched. Not bad going for 120k....
front bumper removed to measure for winch fitting, surprised how good the condition of the metal work is for a 14 year old freelander.
id put a pic on if i could work it out
hi guys
yesterday and today I have changed the front brake discs. pads, drop links, full yellow suspension bushes, diff bushes and exhaust I have also fitted a Kenlowe fan control switch and coated the under body with waxoil. I thought it was time to spend a bit of money on the old girl, she is a 1.8 petrol 2000 millennium edition and has done 131000 miles, and how does she repay me, she starts leaking water from just under the exhaust manifold where it bolts to the head.... Doh !!!!
