I’ve cleaned the top of the engine 3/4 weeks ago and it hasn’t gotten any dirtier.

I’ll give the underside a spray with some cleaner and give it a jet wash at the local garage.

Under UV torch in the dark, this seems to be the offending area (at least the immediate one I can see).

Will take more of a look in the daylight. Thought the UV photo may make interesting viewing anyway.

Change the sump gasket but it's usually coming from higher up, intermediate shaft seal maybe.

Fitted a new 2nd hand striker for the passenger door, closes like a Rolls Royce, ok not quite but better.
Replaced the top hinge on the rear end door with a new 2nd hand part, that closes better now also.
Put the steering wheel on straight.
