What have you bought?

As part of my routine visit to Shell this morning I picked up a copy of the comic (Land Rover Monthly). I have just had a glance at the reviews article (drill winch) and it reminded me of a tent I was duped into buying earlier this year.

I bought an Outwell Earth 2 tent for a weekend trip to Dartmoor earlier this year on the recommendation of LRM review team. sadly I got caught in some spectacular weather and now the tent is no more than a tattered windsock as the guy lines snapped and the windows blew in...

So what have you bought based on a magazine review?

Did it work? I got one like a test tube thing with a rubber bulb but me Wang was too thin to create a seal for the vacuum.

Well they called it a penis enlarger. I'm pretty sure it's just one of those 1ml diabetic syringes that's been dipped in butter. I'll get back to you with results.
