you dont need any tools mate, just a good for sale board or home made sign will surfice, stick it in the window and keep your fingers crossed, you also might want to start praying around this point too !!

A good selection of spanners from 6mm to 22mm
a good socket set
torx sockets
good selection of screwdrivers
jump leads
tow rope
water in a container
deffo go for breakdown cover

Or if things get really desperate a gallon of petrol and a box of matches

duct tape, gallon of water, gallon of oil and just to be on the safe side.......rosary beads

Heavy duty condoms

And a big stick to beat off all the benders...............................
