Ooo I never saw the C5 one.... there was a recent one on BBC which went down well... I think I saw the Bangers and Cash one...ER1C, I saw an interesting documentary on C5 about John DeLorean. Interesting input from his son etc. Did I see one on Bangers & Cash too?
What an eclectic range of cars! Here's my contribution.......... Sharing the driveway with the P38 we have a 2001 Rav-4 SWB. Marginally the newest car in the household.
In the garage at home - 1973 BMW 2002 Targa. Bought in 1988 and a long term restoration project which has gained a lot of ground during the lockdown. In my 'secret' cosy lockup, a 1959 Ford Pop 100e. Was show standard but needs a freshen up now. The BMW has won my attention at the moment so the Ford may have to be done for the show season 2022.
Since (semi) retirement I've been lucky enough to work with a like minded old friend from schooldays and we've built up a little collection of oddments ranging from show cars to basket cases. I'm embarrassed to say I can't always remember them all, but start with MKII Zodiac, Porsche 924S through to F350 military Crew Cab and a Metro - you get the idea! We've been cut off from them during the pandemic but no worries, there's plenty to do.
Few clips on the tube have appeared. Nice carsJust read an article that brand new MK2 Escort being built as road going rally cars at a cost of 65K upwards cant be reg as Ford as dont have permission...

LOL its such a shame that one, I think I read somewhere someone rear ended him a little or it just started smoking so he pulled into the parking lot and got out in time. Quite scary and I always have a brown pants moment as if the doors don't open you cant get out easily. #1 was a Fire Extinguisher and #2 was a Glass Hammer.

Construction of garage #2 is slow but I'm getting there =>
Just impatiently watching paint dry at the moment but I'm sure I'll be able to fill it with more crap soon - so it'll come good (!)
(If anyone wants to see the outside may I respectfully direct you to the end of the big series 2a build thread in the sig below)
