What does heavy oil mean on the V5?

Hello,

I purchased another P38 4.6 HSE and the V5 has the fuel type heavy oïl on it.

What does that mean?

Not sure on French law but was it a private sale or from a dealer?

Heavy oil is diesel, it cannot be a 4.6 running on diesel. If the V5 says 4.6 litre and fuel is heavy oil something is wrong.

It is a V8 Inside and the VIN number at Microcat is a V8

Then the V5 is in error. Have it changed to petrol, which it should say.
