🤣

Have you checked the roll bar bushes as well?
A simple test to look for other issues is to brake sharply at a low speed and wait for a "thunk" from the front end.
This usually points towards the lower suspension arm bushes over compressing and allowing the alu arm to come to an abrupt stop without the bush cushioning it.
Blah blah blah... 😝
The bush where the roll bar fastens to the sub frame seems tight and when I waggled the bar by hand (with the drop link disconnected on one side) i couldn't make the noise.
The tie rod and control arm have both been replaced so the bushes should be good
When Eric sat in the passenger side he reckoned it wasn't coming from the wheel area

Bit of progress narrowing it down.. small lumps and bumps.. no noise.. larger uneven areas and you hear it rattle.. went over a rubber door bump with just the left wheel and that rattled.
Harsh breaking didn't seem to rattle
