On a serious note, my Vogue's cruise control won't work. I noticed that some of the rubber vacuum hose had perished. Still won't work after replacing it. It disappears behind the rear of the engine. What's at the end of the hose that I can't see please? Kind regards, Mike.

My left hooker project P38 is a pretty basic Hastings model, it lacks cruise control and the trip computer. NO I.D. on the BECM as to whether it is Hi or Lo line.
There were no buttons on the left hand stalk, I obtained from a good friend a new stalk with the buttons and fitted it, into the BECM with Fauiltmate, clicked on the trip computer button, lo and behold the trip computer with fuel consumption etc is now available on the message centre. Dead chuffed with that

Breaking.. i mean carefully taking apart is always much easier
I am no expert, but I think you have a little over spray on your discs.Pulled my dust shields off, can't stand them myself..
Removed and did some de-rusting..
Re-painted the disc and calipers..
much win to be had!!
Should stop the squealing and improve the stopping distance. ..not.
