So your hoping its going to go faster once you fit this td6 turbo ? Lo
Yes, with the other mods I have done. Checking the compressor curve it is getting out of its operating range. Originally sized for a 135bhp engine. The existing Mitsubishi turbo runs out of steam. I have measured it with Faultmate. The Garrett GT2256V turbo is sized for about the same power range my engine will be operating at 190-200bhp.

Cool, will be Intresting to see how it turns out.

Won't your gearbox snap with all the added BHP ?

Too much negativity and cynicism on this forum.
As a matter of fact my p38 is driving very well thank you. As it should have done when it left the factory.
The most comfortable 4x4 yet and cheap to maintain.
Yes I have fitted a HP24 box together with a larger intercooler, JFearne chip, BMW expansion tank with level sensor, aircon fan mod, stainless exhaust, GG AT2's, Arnott Gen III air bags, + 2" extra lift, underbody protection, removeable winch, removeable tow hitch using a US 2" receiver to name a few.

Well done for getting it all to work :)

How much has all these modifications cost you though ?

Did the US receiver set you back much? I've been debating changing my tow bar for one. Don't seem to come across many in the UK.

Bearing in mind I have had the car over 10 years and didn't do it all at once and excluding the gearbox (brand new) which ended up over 1000 quid and tyres at £380 'ish.
The rest mostly secondhand off Ebay: off the top of my head - intercooler £150; chip with ECU £50; BMW exp tank £35 excl hoses; aircon fan mod £50; stainless exhaust £75; Arnott Gen III's - 3 s/h at £100 + 1 new at £120; new front shocks for the rear £30; steel for winch tray £75; new 10,000# chinese winch £115; new tow hitch + receiver £150'ish.

fixed the SRS light problem, terminal disconnected behind passenger side dash airbag :)
cleared faults now nanocom was communicating again :)
adjusted glove box, looks nice and sweet now.

sold the 20" wheels!!!! RESULT!

Mine is a 110AH Elecsol 950CCA. Not the battery. Something else going on with mine.
Got new neighbours and problems started since then. Must be using something that interferes with RF.
