Went for a run this morning since its done nothing all week. Due to fuel gauge failure. But went for a jolly now its fixed
Don't know Mark will have to get the son in law around, possible sensor any rev counter idea's, mind you if fuse1 has gone or bad contact it will knock the temp gauge out won't it.effin cars.Dodgy engin temp sensor ?
Can you read them with any live data Alan?
Rev gauge not working usually a crank sensor dead? Able to check with live data?Well,on the red one I replaced the leak off pipes AGAIN,tried the new stainless braided pipe I bought, what a waste of money, too big to fit ,not enough space between the injector and leak off nipple.back to the usual sh1te. On the positive side went through the electrical connections on the engine on the black one especially the temp sensors and the Bastid started, bit of a flat spot which cleared when it got hot.doesn't want to restart when hot and the rev counter stopped working.video to remind me it runs sometimes been standing for years and last ran when I fitted the new petrol pump.will check fuse1 first unless anyone has a better idea.

When my rev gauge died it turned out the plug into the cluster hadn't been pushed all the way home so one day it just dislodged. Might not be behind your issues but worth a check.Well,on the red one I replaced the leak off pipes AGAIN,tried the new stainless braided pipe I bought, what a waste of money, too big to fit ,not enough space between the injector and leak off nipple.back to the usual sh1te. I'll take it off tomorrow if I get a chance hopefully it may be the connector corroded like the rest of them, fingers crossd.thanks everyone.Rev gauge not working usually a crank sensor dead? Able to check with live data?

Don't know why it loaded a photo, should have been a video, sorry for the sound of the crappy aftermarket air filter if it loads.it hasn't.Well,on the red one I replaced the leak off pipes AGAIN,tried the new stainless braided pipe I bought, what a waste of money, too big to fit ,not enough space between the injector and leak off nipple.back to the usual sh1te.
