Drove her from Heathrow, to Chiswick. Garmin decided to take me the back roads on the way there, and M4/ Parkway on way back. Just seems odd
Could have popped in said hi lol, sat nav takes me off the A4 then around Chiswick roundabout, then back on the M4 lol

It's definitely odd.
I forgot you were Heathrow way. I've been knocking around, Heathrow, Hounslow, Chiswick, Victoria last few days. Got head into city tomorrow, going Pimlico way. Could do without it, as more important things to deal with. Might get a coffee next visit :)
First time I came down to Chiswick bloody satnav had me driving in circles.Had to ask a taxi driver to lead me in to where I wanted tenor (1).gif

I don't go in to Chiswick any more, my Greek deli has turned into yet another coffee shop
I noticed there is a tea shop there now. Not a come, sit have tea and scones tea shop. A which loose tea , made from chamomile , roses and other flowers, can I get for you, to give you the 'zen' experkence tea shop.
Other thing I noticed was the charity shols that thi k they are designer outlets. I was dropping some books, and things to one of them, glanced in the window of the one next door, £30 for a pair of second hand jeans , in a charity shop!! You have got to be sh1tting me.
Maybe it's a different game down here. At home , people, low waged or no waged, go to charity shops, to buy things they can afford. Such as jeans for £2.50, a shirt for £2, shoes for £3, etc, etc.The money then goes back into the charity. Thus helping twice.
Here it seems to be charge a fortune, so the high waged feel they are not buying second hand, but doing a charitable thing to tell their friends about. The charity rips peole off , and makes a lot of money from it. Meanwhile where do the low waged buy from?
It really is a different world.

Oh, just for laughs I went in to the 'designer charity shop'. Wow! £50 for a jacket and the £30 jeans were on the cheap side!

Houses there are stupid £££ 2m for an average hose now, but they do have good eating places (just as expensive) my son lives in Twickenham/Richmond, crazy £££ they pay

Bit of a weird one, anyone got dogs they clip into the back seats? The "universal" seatbelt clip turns out to not be universal for the P38 unless you just want the middle seat and I don't think they'll like being that close. Any ideas?

I have always put mine in back seat ( with a couple of exceptions) None of them have minded being close ?! There are alternatives to the strap/ clip. Which I have used for the last 23years, until the dog I have now.
This one can't work out how not to wrap the seat belt round her neck/leg/ ankle so tight she could've seriously danaged the foot/ etc. So she has the strap type. However, all my other dogs managed with the Hi-craft, clip around seat belt, not clip into seatbelt receiver, type.
No idea what this seller is like but this is the type of seat belt https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301993218000?ul_ref=https%3A%2F%2Frover.ebay.com%2Frover%2F1%2F710-53481-19255-0%2F1%3Fff3%3D2%26pub%3D5575376664%26toolid%3D10001%26campid%3D5338268676%26customid%3DCj0KCQiAyKrxBRDHARIsAKCzn8ym_3OPhtM8GlLlkgtkOnF00r7AhSI6WI5GRJF7P82nUCQWeYXvAg8aAkjTEALw_wcB%26lgeo%3D1%26item%3D301993218000%26srcrot%3D710-53481-19255-0%26rvr_id%3D2272240720960%26rvr_ts%3Dd95e43a016f0aad692a321ccfff055e4&ul_noapp=true
Hope this helps

Thats the type we use for our pooch, did find that the supplied strap wouldn't fit in the 2 outside belt receivers but it did on the center one !! 1988 Classic.

My dog sits in the front passenger seat of my Transit, I can't leave home without him he loves it. Scares the life out of some people as he is in what is the drivers seat over here.:D
On the rare occasion he gets in the P38, it's in the boot or if the boot is full we have a special sheet that hooks over the headrests of the front and rear seats so covering the footwell.
