What did you do with your Range Rover today

I wouldn't say she never breaks down. However, since I started using Gibson's I haven't had anywhere near the hassles I had with friendly, well meaning, mechanics. I know that the job will be done well, I won't be ripped off and I can have coffee and cake whilst I wait.
What's not to like.

Sorry to hear that, but most of us knew it was coming when your chap 'cleared' the faults. Clearing isn't fixing. At least you're with the right guys now. Go get cake and coffee, let them do what they do , and you'll leave happy.

As if by magic..
i have no idea what the this part of the thread is about but cake, coffee and a happy finish after coming with a chap sounds like you have nothing to worry about. :)
 
Disassembled and cleaned EAS valve block preparatory to fitting new O rings. Shout to missis, "have we got any Vaseline in the house?"

To which the answer was, "what the f*** are you doing?"

There is a lot of duff info on the web. I've done a lot of EAS work and would never use Vaseline on the O rings.
It's the first EAS I've ever done but I've rebuilt a fair amount of pneumatic equipment down the years. We'll see how it goes if it doesn't pour down tomorrow.
