Or was the hedge embedded in the fencePulled out a fence embedded in a hedge! 1st in LOW and just let it crawl forward.
Got her back from MoT, although the test man was adamant that she is down on power
chip or psi powerbox is the answer to destroying the gearbox.Test drive another. Mine was sluggish when I had it, will shift now after bit of tlc more than I ever expected. These engines do rely on the turbo pressure a lot, although reliable they can’t be expected to push out full (138bhp) after two decades.
If it runs well - chip or psi powerbox is the answer
Not if it brings it back to more normal a figure. Only when added to 138 is it too muchchip or psi powerbox is the answer to destroying the gearbox.
It starts out as 136, the HP22 requires a torque reduction strategy on shifts to survive, a PSI Power box ups the power to 166 and there is a similar increase in torque negating the torque reduction strategy. Not if it brings it back to more normal a figure. Only when added to 138 is it too much
Enough to feck my gearbox. It was quicker but unnecessarily so, the P38 as standard is quick compared to otherHis is down on power. Did you find much of a difference driving with the powerbox??
Investigate what could be wrong is best. If it puts out enough for you, then it’s enough Bix. Auto will suffer from upping power as Datateks says, R380 is okay
