Are your tyres AT2s or ATs (the "2s" came first!) I Had GG AT2 on my Classic IMHO the (current) ATs are even better - particularly in the snow. Astonishingly good all-rounder.
took the old girl for mot and flew through just advised rear discs a bit pitted so job for next week realy chuffed
Swore at it![]()
Haven't you got that key issue sorted yet?
Nope Grrrrrr came out today with his nano com. After consulting Gurus mozz and I think rickthepick it turns out it thinks it's a French Gem manual engine.
I've heard of this before - on here.
I think that, when a BECM goes into it's alarmed state, it's language goes to French and the date changes, or something similar.
I think you'll find that you need the VERY expensive diagnostics for this so it looks like you'll be adding to Rick's holiday fund.
At least you'll get a guaranteed solution.
P38 - Replaced the Steering damper had a look at where some oil was leaking from left side rocker cover gasket it seems. i'll be doing that in the summer no doubt.
Classic - Replaced the steering damper and thought while i'm on my back i may as well grease my shaft, so i did.
i suppose laying on your back greasing your shaft is one way to spend your morning![]()
