What did you do with your Range Rover today

Thought the same first day.. then hit me like a bus for two days... Thats the thing though. I grow lots of fresh stuff on the allotment. I eat plenty of fish, chicken, fresh fruit. I do like beef and pork but have cut back on them. Have used olive oil for years, low fat spreads, very very rare for us to have a take away. I love cooking so I prepare 90% of my meals from scratch but people like my chemist at my last review tell me now to cut out a lot of and eat fish and avocados and nowt else. He doesn't seem to think my home grown veg and fruit is good enough

Sounds like to have a pretty good diet to me. Personally I avoid low fat spreads, I've seen them being made and it's not pleasant:eek:
I also avoid salt in cooking on doctors orders. I also do most of the cooking here, all from scratch and with a lot of veg, tomatoes etc from the garden Based on no knowledge, I think plenty of variety is important too.:D
