Thanks mate,at least l was able to talk to a human being after spending hours on their automated chat system which isn't worth a w@nk.:mad:
Still got my fingers crossed,all quiet on the customer service front,been 9 working days since my email, they say they will respond within 3 to 5 working days, give them till tomorrow then another hour on the phone again I suppose.

Couldn't wait just got off the phone, isn't it wonderful in this day and age, they agree they owe me the money but it will take another 10 days to issue me with another voucher number.FFS.:mad::mad:

D'accord ffs. The thing is, what they say on the phone and what they write in an email is always bloody contrary and leads to more phone call and yes people!!! Some day and age this is... :rolleyes:
