diff gaurds(yellow),ring fog lights, and a preformance kit,new filters, and thats bout it , i dont agree with lifting, they were made to go offroad, just inhance it with some chunky tires, and wider stance for stabilty, and better handeling, dont need much else in my opinion. :) oh and the snorkel, light bar,two spotlights with bar, and a new bush kit, and anti roll bars, steering guard. thats ma perfect landy

galvanise anything made from steel...

Fit stainless nuts, bolts and nylon washers where possible...

Now that that's out of the way you can concentrate on pimping it out.

Personally I like lights.... lots of them

at the moment wellers & tyres are probably the best mod so far.

tree sliders are to be fitted and will be making a tubular bumper with a-bar, fitting spots and changing the colour but thats about it unless you want to include removing the rear windows and fitting 88" van sides.

fancy a snorkel but dont really think there is much call for it doing what i do but if i found one cheap enough then probably would.

Well I thought the Jam were pretty good - or is that the wrong mod for this forum?

Probably an age thing before someone starts!!!!!

2 8inch 100w spotlamps, defender steels with 235/70 bfg all terrains, disco tranfer box, rear bench seat :)

Disco rear axle and an engine tweak on the way.. perfect :D

The previous owner had fitted a snorkel, driving lights and a soft A-bar. I've got diff guards on order. Then I'll be fitting a steering guard, followed by dog guard and window guards for the back. Probably gonna tint the life out of the back to make it more private (only the back).

The big thing for me is to get some decent steel wheels and get some decent A/T or M/Ts fitted.

The best mod for my 90 was a set of cheap disco alloys which no one bid on so I got em for 99p off ebay and then as they have less offset I fitted a set of bulldog wheel spacers to get the right stance and full steering lock, I was so impressed with the quality that I now stock the spacers on my mail order shop! (sorry for the plug!) They were the only ones that I came accross that had the spiggot in the centre to locate the wheel and not just rely on the wheel nuts and as I do a fair bit of high speed A roads and motorway at 70 it was good to keep the wheels fully in balance, I would recommend them as a cheap way to spruce up the Defender. Mine looks a whole lot better than with the white steels that were on it before!
