Hi All, I’m new here and just wondering what my truck is worth? I’ve got a 300tdi 110 hi cap undergone loads of work! New marsland chassis, polybush kit, all new OME shockers, heavy duty springs, new engine that’s done 106,000 miles with service history, lof heavy duty clutch and the list goes on. Hope you guys can help! Cheers

It's funny how their rep went that way.

Were they ever good or was it just a copy of the "lanoguard" advertising campaign?

Why do you want a value? Is it for insurance or for a sale? If insurance I would value at about 25k if for sale I will give you £1500 and collect tomorrow and I might even throw in the snickers from the dashboard!

If you want a true value I would guess at somewhere in between. But be aware values are coming down. I am watching a galv rebuilt hardtop on eBay that started at 22k, and keeps not selling and price reducing. Is down to 15k now and I think a hardtop will be worth more than a pickup.

I would suggest it's a market limited to someone who actually wants a working truck.

Chinesium with good marketing.
The springs in the HD versions are too stiff to stop any 'pulses' or vibrations from rattling the gearbox.

I like Lanoguard, there are lots of others out there now, my favourite (apart from the name) is 'Ewe Stop'.
The tinted one is really good.
I'd like to see a dark blue, green or red even a lighter cream/grey colour, it would work really well on some cars, protection with curb appeal

I would second that. I am converting my hardtop to a station wagon having had a child! A hicap even less people friendly. At least I had 4 side facing seats in the back of the hardtop.
Limited audience limited value.
