On my td5 I have found water is coming in and dripping through the A/c blower on the passenger side footwell.

Would this water be coming in through the front windscreen ?

I have sealed the sunroofs so I am pretty sure it's not coming through them, maybe the roof bars ?

Cheers,
Malc

heater matrix leaking or "o" seals perished in heater pipes to matrix.
Why I do not think it's that is because I do not lose water and this leak has been ongoing for over a year,in fact I have never needed to top up the water. The water that comes in I have collected in a bowl and it's definately clear rain water. Thanks for your help.

Mine was a leaky screen seal - coming in at the corner at the base of the A pillar. Don't leave it any longer otherwise you'll have more than damp carpets to worry about! Seal all the way round starting at the top middle and running a bead under the rubber.

A/C condensate leaking as drain hole blocked ?

this would give clear water ...

Mine did this and it was the drains blocked. Easy enough to get at but a bit fiddly (up beside the bell housing - a little rubber valve effort each side). You don't actually need them unless you do deep wading.

I checked the air con pipe it's not that, I looked last time it had its MOT me and mechanic checked it out.
I going to seal just about everything I can and then see what happens !!

I have this problem too........ What exactly did you seal up in the end?

I previously sealed the sunroofs,I never used them anyway so that eliminated that area for leaks.

However it still leaked so I concentrated around the windscreen and sealed all I could especially at the bottome of the windscreen. I removed the plastic strip at the bottom of the windscreen and filled the cavity with sealant so when the plastic strip was put back in I knew then no rain could enter from the bottom of the screen.I also checked the "rain off "channels were correctly placed so that water would not gather on the front area at the bottom of the windsreen.
I checked again today and it's still dry so I must have been in the right area to find the leak. Best of luck with yours.
