Welding of rear chassis arms - recommendations please

Good afternoon, I am new to here and was wondering if there are any suggestions/recommendations that people can provide. I have a 53 plated Discovery TD5 and need the rear chassis arms under the diesel tank to have the bottom plate to be cut and replaced. I live in Gloucester and was wondering if any body knows/recommends anyone who can take on this simple job. I don't think the tank will need to be dropped as the repair is on the bottom and just requires cutting out and new pieces welded in for MOT. I will be tidying up the surrounding area and painting the chassis correctly but been told the arm bottoms need replacing
I can get more detailed pictures but the two attached hopefully shows my requirements
