Check it aint leaking round yur pollen filters. Unscrew cover Pull it out and see if its damp.

If not it could be your aircon thingy is bloked see associated threads on unblocking air con drain.

what do you mean by weird liquid?.

Is it sticky, with a bit of an odour to it?.
compare it with whats in your header bottle.
If its that kind of weird you mean, then it could be your heater o rings.
Is yours a left hand drive?.

Rain or washing water should not have a wiff or greasy feel to it.
Or from the condeser drain either.

Just unscrew the covers under the bonnet (one on each side of the car) pull out the filter. if its damp thaen you either have a leak on the cover or a cracked casing around the pollen filter. To solve this means removing the plastic trim under your windscreen. Remove wipers aswell. lift it of and you should have acess to the filter casings. Silicone is then your best friend;)
