Water Proof Headlights

My headlights on Tufftee have been sealed with a thin smear of sealant, and both lights have a drain tube fitted to allow condensation to drain. At the bottom of each tube is a small ballon to allow for air expansion and contraction.
 
Will i be able to remove the glass front from the mirrored reflector in order to remove the exploded bulb and wipe dry the mirrored reflector?

Nope just remove bulb (or whats left of it and tip the **** out of the hole then rinse with fresh water and leave somewhere warm to dry out.
 
Ok thanks for that redhand. I'm sorta looking forward in a way to my first bit of landy maintenance, let's just hope it stays cheap and nothin major happens.
