It's a diesel!!
If you are worried about the water getting in to the oil do a quick oil change to check! it will tell you straight away if there is oil in it instead of guessing. don't even have to change the filter.
Take a look at the water expand bottle, they can split and leak water while running also replace the cap they are only a few quid but maybe not sealing properly. the other thing is the water pump is fitted in to the engine block so can become worn and leak water.. if your RR sound a little rattly the water pump maybe on it's way out. only about £40 to get a new one.
