Water loss help please

Morning

Noticed that my TD5 auto has been lossing water, not overheating, heater works fine car drives fine temp gauge bang on in the middle, looking round engine bay noticed that the fuel cooler was leaking water, "O" seals replaced and refitted all good no leaks.

Water topped up. Thought all was good, after using for about 60-70 miles motorway and town driving, (driving hard and up to 90mph) I have checked expansion tank the following morning when cold and have lost about 750ml- 1 litre of water again no issues other than water loss.

Any ideas

Just had a look around engine bay evidence of pink coolant on the water pump in front of the large hose could this just need a new clip??

A wild and off the wall suggestion I know but you could try putting on a new clip.....
