2 x tow ropes (one to extend the other if you dont trust the person thats towing you)
1 x All in one RAC toolkit (only small)
1 x Jerry Can half full of diesel
1 x Fan Belt
1 x Triangular break down kit with reflective '!' sign
1 x Wheel Brace
1 x Bottle Jack
1 x Scaffolding pole connective joint (almost a UJ, just in case)
1 x Bottle of engine oil
1 x Bottle of water / anti freeze mix

I've also got a jump start / compressor / torch all in one kit and a megaphone which I bought for 20 Euros in Spain. Need to find a home for them yet

make sure it has tools that are useful fer YOUR vehicle

1 x Jerry Can half full of diesel

not much good if yer gort a petrol injun

WHY?

1 x Bottle of engine oil
1 x Bottle of water / anti freeze mix

neither of these are much good(unless yer out in the wilds of siberia or other remote place) if you checked levels before going out and you lost enough to need a top up then the leak is gonna be too big fer a bottle of fluid to be enough plus yerd need to stop the leak.
