Land rover 2.5N/A diesel cylinder head. It was a Genuine Exchange unit, he said he payed 3000 francs for the exchange, clearly quite some time ago. It was never fitted, because the guy found a whole engine so decided to do that instead. So i got me the cylinder head, which consists of:
Exhaust Manifold, intake manifold, rocker cover w/ gasket, all the rocker assy, all valve assy's, glowplugs with the wires, injectors, fuel spill rail, a few head bolts, hotspots, thermostat housing and the hoist brackets.
All for 150 euros, bout 105 quid.
What yer think?

if theres no cracks between the valves a very good deal, it can be hard finding a good one

No cracks at all, face looks very nice, been smothered in oil all this time so no surface rust, though i have a question, for you the brainiac:
Will this head work with a 2.25D s3 engine? I think i'm correct in saying it does, because i compared the head gasket and it was perfect, so i know it will line up, but anything else i ought look for?
