I need a set of military doors for my challenge truck build, series doors might do but I would prefer military, I have the old set off the 90 to sell/ swap, I've welded up the frames with box section about 2 years ago so there solid, could do with some rubbing down ad respraying and the window runner needs re attaching to the frame to hold the window in when they're fully down

Anyway offers ? :)

Any pics mate? Ive got military doors on mine but theyre not in the best condition. Easily sortable for someone who can weld but ive just treated and/or cut out the rust and fibreglassed. I will also throw in the anti burst style locks and strikers etc... If youre interested that is

Ah, the name does mislead lol. Yeah thatll be fine, photos are below.

The green one is the passengers door and the black one the drivers, fibreglassed parts on both doors are solid enough and do the job though i imagine you may want to repair this properly. The stainless steel plates are where the metal has rusted and i couldnt think of any other way to sort it, this is where one of the bolts to the top half comes in and it just needed something to strengthen.

Both doors are fine all in, only small problem is where the bolt for the top half of the drivers side had sheared off. I drilled the old part out and filled the hole with araldite but havent got round to retapping the thread. If i could weld id have just welded in the bolts instead of the daft design they have.

Windows could probably do with new felts as well but the glass is in good condition.

Any more questions please feel free to ask.

Haha I can see why ;)

Yeah I'd weld them up ;) not too hard a job,

Look not bad at all :) any pics with the door cards off, just so i can have a look at the extent of any rust.

Ill get a cost later on for a courier and will let you know.

I didnt know they were early style doors, i assume the lock mechanism is ok? Just wondering as obviously the locks i have already would fit but i dont have any problem leaving them on if the locks and mech on your doors are fine

They're not too bad the drivers side is a little dented from a challenge but apart from that they just need rubbing down and respraying really, I don't have a pic without the doorcards but I could poss get one tomorrow, the window mechanisms are good as I've replaced them a year or 2 ago but as said earlier one of the runners needs re attaching there's no rust that I know if as I chope it all out and replaced with box, the door cards are tatty but do the job

Well ill be quite happy with em, any ideas how we can arrange couriers? Mine is my daily driver so i couldnt really do with taking the doors off at the moment, unless you could think of something
