I'm after a good lt230 transfer box I'd like a 1.4 ratio but I'm not too bothered.

it's a 1.2 unit from a v8 defender so has the centre diff lock etc.
I was told it was sub 90k miles and was working fine although I have never used it so can't be 100%
I paid £100 and I'm happy to let it go for that

Is 1.2 the very low ratio one? Do you have the serial number so I can see if its a cross drilled gear?

The 1.66 is the low ratio one fitted to older mod defenders the 1.22 is a discovery one.
