Wandering down the motorway Steerring joints?

Well now the SRS is sorted out, now have another issue.
On the way back from north Yorkshire the other weekend, the old girld decided it was a good idea to start wandering.
Appears that it only happens on the inside lane of the motorway or where there is an odd change in the camber of the road.
I have checked the steering box and it seems OK, no appreciable slack in to out.
I've had a chap underneath, not a mechanic who tells me that ther does not appear to be any wear/slack in the ball joints, any suggestions on a favourite place to start.
Are there any other adjustments that may need to be checked?

I did have delivered a set of poly bushes, but when I tried to fit them the sleeves wont go over the tie rods (from front of rear axle) and the bushes appear to be about 2mm too small to provide a good fit where the 'metalastic bushes are currently fitted.
Seeing she (Disco) is now an adult, should I just replace all of the steering bushes!!!!!
Any help advice would be greatly appreciated

I just put some disco wheels on my fender and I got wandering problems with her now, I have been told It could need spacers, but I don't know if this will help you.
 
Also take alook at the trailing arm bushes. and brackets on the rear mine did this as the brackets had rotted, wasn't to bad until they snapped and gave us rear wheel steering
 
More like I need a good pair of ear defenders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whats the limit these days 86DBA for 40 minutes.

Have you looked at your steering dampner? Its designed to stop wandering so it may be this thats lost all its dampening effectivness...
 
Sound a simple fix. My mate had this only happened on inside lane. It was down to the ruts in the motorway from lorries Waring it out. Having said that we put on a new ball joint on the a frame. still same problem with the worn out carriage way. but it seemed to stop the swaying whilst in them. if it doesn't happen on any of the other lanes. then try and drive out of them.
 
Front Panhard rod bushes changed
Makes a difference.
Next stop rear trailing arm bushes.
Not sure If I want to attempt the A frame at the back, the nuts look more rusty round that hexagonal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ball joint seems OK though, from the condition of the rubber boot looks l;ike the last owner must have changed it.
But the ones on the ends of the A frame , HMMMMM.
any sugggestions
Anyway will continue working my way round, Next job Front roll bar mounting rubber (look very sad) rear trailing arm rear bushes, Already done the front ones
