L322 Viscous Fan

Hi,
Im in the process of removing my intercooler to give it a clean out and I need to remove the viscous fan as the intercooler appears to come up behind the rad.
I have cut myself the 2 spanners required (LRT-12-094 & LRT-12-214) and aim to remove it this weekend as the cars currently off the road while the turbo is rebuilt.
Question is when I had a quick look last night (it was dark!) I couldnt seem to see the small bolts heads that I assume LRT-12-214 are meant to go over to lock in place, instead all I could see was the larger 32mm nut which I assume part of the fan and a thinner 32mm nut in behind.
So, question is do I just need 2 x 32mm spanners or am I simply not looking close enough.
Obviously if I can shock the nut off then its all irrelevant but I want to make sure Im shocking the correct nut if thats the case which I guess is the deeper one of the 2 I can see?

I'm sure Saint V8 has done a HOW TO involving the removal of the fan, I think it is when he changed his rad out, have a look in the HOW TO,s at the top of the page.

Hi PPP38vouge thanks for the pointer. I have printed out the instructions I have found including the links to copies of pages from rave but its just that fron a quick glance I cant make out the 2 bolt heads that I need to lock in place (assuming it wont shock off).
Also, where is the how too's as I have searched around and I am clearly missing there location.

Hi, if you go to the RangRover home page look at top of page and click on Technical archive ,all the How to,s are in there, there are some excellent write ups in there and they are very informative .

The bolts are inside the pulley so looking straight down from the top you won't see them which is why the tool has an offset, I also made a tool but on a CNC mill which I think is on my is my engine dead thread that turned out to be water pump but Saints how to gives you the dimensions- Edit, there is a diagram of Saints tool in the same thread, young man !

Ok thanks. I use waterjet machine so have cut them on that. I'll try and take a look in the light and hopefully all will make sense
