VCU Replacement

I took the advice from previous threads on how to test it and confirmed that my VCU was knackered. Took it off today (quite straightforward actually) and now need advice on whether to get brand new one @ £400 (approx) or a reconditioned one. There's a company called Bell who i think recon them but does anyone else have an opinion and can give an approx cost. I'm also thinking it makes sense to change the bearing and oil seal while the housing is off. Are they standard sized or main dealer items. Thanks

IMO get a new: Transfer Box Viscous Coupling RTC6044 Island 4x4 - Specialists in Land Rover and Range Rover Parts and accessories for all models. UK and worldwide mail order.

wammers have a link in a how to for bearings supply, maybe not really needed, sure someone else can advise:)
 
It looks to me that the Bell ones are for Freelanders - and these are different to the P38 ones..

I couldn't see on their website anything about P38 ones though? Does anyone have a link to recon P38 VCU's?
 
That was the point I was trying to make re the earlier discussion about recon VCUs.

The cheapest I've seen new is Ashcroft transmissions.
