Did you find out what the noise was? Sounds similar to my problem. But I have had a new VCU fitted so don't think it's that.

On more serious note, yeah would be good to know what the fluid is in the VCU - probably patented technology kept secret. Would have to search patent journals.

MHM - what kayak ya got. Looking to get one, got some Nautix bar covers - would look good on the hippo with the roof off.

mornin MHM! Good kayak and expensive too.

Think I'll be looking for cheaper option. Slob if ya got any of those fibreglass ones lying around your shed I'll have emm. Better still do you know any fibreglass trees

lol - i just realised - I got one for sale - an Eskimo Diablo - my last river runner - lots of room - but a bit "tippy"

Catspee - 6/8 cats - does that mean three quarters of a cat, yu dont know how many? or it cud be 6 or 8, depending on the wether?

Catspee - nevva mind - i can work out how many cats yu got - i have a Cat-a-lickit converter!!! ho ho ho

Cheers! but will be the new year before I purchase a kayak (novice), otherwise the misses will have someting to say about it.

I dont have a cat-alickit converter, dont really like cats, even have a DE-CAT pipe on the exhaust.
