before i commit to buying some, do you recommend these?

Parts & Accessories for Landrover & all 4x4: Drive Line (General), Propshaft Bearings x 2, TOQ000040X2

Those are the best there are - GKN mounts with the FAG bearings.

Cheapest and most reliable supplier too.

I went on line on wednesday and emailed the team at Foundry 4x4 for a postage price to my address. £10.60was given and I thought that + the item was still acceptable. They are selling them on eBay for £40 with free p+p. I went on their website on Thursday afternoon,placed the order and p+p on the site said £6.60. Bargain. They arrived on Saturday morning via royal mail for a grand total of £33 odd. Getting fitted on Tuesday so hopefully the noise will be gone. Would highly recommend Foundry 4x4 for price and delivery times.

Bearings fitted today and quiet as a moose in a hoose. thanks to Iain at Muirhead Garage in Muirhead funny enough.

Sorry to revive this post but just an update.

Just been to Foundry 4x4 to get a pair of prop bearings. Very helpful people and lots of stock for 4x4's

GKN with FAG bearings: Prop bearings £36.50 picked up at todays price.

Mine were free with the VCU recon so I don't suppose they'll last too long.

The eBay price for the exact bearings is £44.50 with free post from Foundry 4x4.
