L322 Valve block fault

Its the first time its done this, normally it connects fine but EAS still doesnt clear faults.

I think im now at the point where i need to start changing everything as no-one seems to have any ideas what it could be.
The trouble with the electronics on the L322 is that everything is interconnected, so an obscure fault in one module may cause other modules to fail to function. Beyond that I can offer nothing as I have always steered clear of the L322 apart from sorting the aircon on one.

As suggested above, check the compressor. There's a full description of how the system works in the later "All Models" version of RAVE.

The compressor was the first thing i rebuilt. it will not be the compressor.

There is a fault which is stopping the system from firing up. So the compressor doesnt even get a chance to run.

Ok. So. Hmmmmm

head scratching. Obviously something somewhere is faulty which will not allow the system to reset. So it can’t be the compressor because it doesn’t even get fired up by the system long enough for it to cause a fault. Plus wouldn’t I get a fault code for the compressor? I can bridge the ECU pins and raise each corner of the car. So surely that means the compressor and valve blocks are all functioning ok?

So I’m guessing it isn’t a fault with the EAS system that’s causing it to lock out in hard fault? Or is it the EAS which is why the fault codes for the front valves supply fault will not clear?

So if it isn’t the EAS faulty, any ideas where to look for what is causing it to lock out and throw those codes??

There’s a relay for the compressor.
Other than that really can only suggest checking and cleaning electrickery connections to all modules cos as data said they all talk to and through one another

wont be the relay as when I bridge the pins at the EAS ECU multiplug it’s makes the compressor run.

So maybe it's something wrong with ECU inputs causing it not to run the pump or activate valves ?
