V8 engine help please.

Hell everyone, I wonder if anyone can shed some light on, how I can identify weather I have got the high or low compression engine sitting in my Land Rover 110 3.5 V8. Reason being I need to rebuild and there are parts for high compression and low compression engines, and not knowing which one I have makes life a little difficult.

The engine number stamped on the block should tell you this. Do search on this forum or t'interweb for deciphering engine4 numbers - I know Rimmer Bros website and I think RPi Engineering website have this info.
