I will possibly need a CoC but perhaps not. They didnt ask for it in the past when i imported a Disco 2. If i do need it can it be issued by a dealer?

Yes I got mine from main dealer here in Portugal for my 101 forward control from Land Rover it's a 75 but after matriculation inspection a year ago still waiting for the reg number...would photo CoC but agents got it and she's gone bloody AWOL...again...
