uprated alloy intercooler, power steering pump change

uprating to a Forge Motorsport alloy intercooler, changing power steering pump at same time
got a good deal direct off Forge Motorsport, delivered and very well packed.

took all engine covers off, took grill out, undid Viscous fan, a lot more room now, took top hose off rad, undid bottom hoses, let all coolant go into a bucket, took horns off, took off all intercooler hoses right back to the turbo, undid intercooler/rad stay brackets all from the front, lifted rad and intercooler out, unbolted cooler from front of rad, bolts new one in place,

took me ages working out how to upload from new phone!!

drive belt off, took pulley off, un bolted power steering pump , Land Rover Discovery 2 TD5 1998-2005 Genuine Reconditioned Power Steering Pump | eBay
4 bolts, undid the feed and return, keeping em high as not to loose much fluid, took off mounting plate,swapped pump, re fitted pipes and bolted pump back on, pulley back on, before fitting new cooler/rad unit gave underneath where rad sits a quick blast of Waxoyl, then the double unit back in, put new drive belt on, re connected the rad up and bolted intercooler back into place, re fit intercooler pipes, silicone ones, already had them on, DISCOVERY 2 TD5 SILICONE TURBO INTERCOOLER HOSE KIT | eBay topped up with coolant, bled the system, topped up with cold climate fluid as changed that 2 weeks ago, from ATF as steering was stiff and slow, growled 1st thing, so main reason for doing this was the steering, have had the intercooler for a good 18 months never got around to fitting it!!
on test drive when all back together, steering is brilliant! the old original pump must have been weak, car pulls really well with uprated cooler, it was chipped Dec 2013 by mike, Dynachip profesional ecu remapping so a vast improvement,

So am I going to lose coolant to do the pump?

No! i did it all in 1 go, got all my parts and when i had time did the lot in one swoop! made sense when i had a big gap!
