I know there are 4 UJs on my diesel, so I am assuming there are only 4 grease nappies to grease with my gun?

On the subject (and sorry to hijack a bit!)

What's good practice when greeting the UJs? Like keep going until it comes out etc?

grease as often as you like until yu can see it coming out. be careful if it comes out easily - that could indicate wear. If yu find it is difficult, remove the grease nipple and check it is clear. they have been known to get blocked and yu gaily pump away thinking it is full, but nothing is happening. yu get a feel for it.

if in doubt, ask the chauffuer ;)

Thanks Keith, I had a new UJ a couple of months ago, and it occurs to me that I have never greased them. Considering that the previous owner was Captain Bodge from the Panet Bodge, I suspect they need doing!!!
