You were pointed in the right direction to get the right answer (underlined green words are a link). Asking what other people run on won't necessarily give you the right answer because it depends on so many factors, set-up/load/tyre size/brand etc.

All comes down to load in fairness i have 32 in front 36 in back

I run 30 front and 40 rear in my V8 on 16's

I run 33 front and 36-40 on the rear dependant on loading.

That is why yu need to check for your vehicle - all these values don't help the OP at all.

I disagree, I think what these various different settings show is that there isn't a "magic setting" that fits all.

If the OP gets that he will have learnt something valuable.

I don't think that "chalk test" is the best solution. You would have to drive around and around the centre court of the filling station to test it, going back far too many times.

If it was raining you wouldn't have any luck what-so-ever.
