Check them copper brake pipes. It looks as though they could be close/catching the front springs. They are supposed to be routed almost touching the calliper. Make sure the drain holes in the rear tub floor supports are clear of wax oil. Other than that, it looks good!

Yes they were just slightly give then a little more bend and there OK now. Wished Id thought about drain holes before I fitted Tub, got seat box, floors and tunnels in too, Tried Doors for size and there is a gap but should be able to close it up, That's my next question,. Will post photos later

Starting to come together, floor and tunnels lined up spot on, there is a slight gap in doors but they are getting new bottoms welded in so will try them again when they come back.
Bought a pair of sides off ebay, hopefully coming Friday so I can get cracking with the rest.

They look good. Not trying to tell you what to do but make sure the drain holes in the bottom rail are not covered by the door skin. Then after paint, fill every crevice with Dinitrol/ waxoil.

Thanks Matr, something I would have never thought of, must remember when the time comes.
Sides came today and, very happy with them, no rust or rot anywhere, don't know what the little spy holes are there for, never seen them before, theres one on each side with bit that slides over to cover them.
just need to get the right bolts and fixings for them now.

If they are Ex-MOD, then I would imagine the holes are for antenna cables to pass through. We never really used hard tops for radio vehicles, but who knows what they are using now?

Sides fit perfect , just need to get the right fixings before I bolt it in place. Soon be time to get the Roof down, its been up there over a year now :)
Swapped door mechanisms over , what a nightmare that was, think I've got it right.
Need another couple of these only had 2 anyone got any spare, will have to have a look at parts book think there is other brackets that are needed too.

Fitted front seat not the best but they will do for now. No sooner turned my back to put tools away before I was going to jump in and try it, and Look who's there, Even growled at me when I told her to get out.
She can have the cubby box when I get one.

Ha ha, looks like a proper character in that first picture. Gorgeous, but not to be messed with. When your finished I wonder who will get to do the first test drive  ;) :)

Well Tub , Roof , Windscreen and Doors Tried on for size , just loosely bolted up with a few bolts but looks good to me, apart from drivers door needs a little straightening in top corner. Think I can get Bulkhead fastened down in position now and get all the bolts tightened up.
Hope no one asks for a lend of my parts book.
