I've been converting my full tilt military 109 to a truck cab in order to try and preserve my canvas over winter. I'm struggling a bit with how to attach it. The only documentation I've found is page 76-8 which gives an exploded diagram of the cab parts only, and I'm not sure I've got them all.

Along the front edge I worked out that I needed to remove the shark teeth panel (drilling out loads of rivets). At the back edge I'm not seeing a lot of features that line up for bolting it down and there's quite a gap:

I have this panel, which clearly has a witness mark where the cab was sitting on the person whom I bought this from's truck. That was a short wheelbase though and I think I've read that the part isn't needed on a 109 because the bulkhead is further rearward? I couldn't see a useful place for it to be fitted but maybe there's a 109 equivalent bit?

If anybody has any better diagrams that would be very helpful, I've heard that there's a series 3 optional equipment book that might have something but I've been unable to find a PDF.

Also any clues as to how one attaches seatbelts would be good, I've had to unbolt mine from the back of the bulkhead.

Can confirm the panel in pic is for fitment to SWB. Do you have the special bolts [ nut both ends and welded washer in the middle ] for fixing down? They are quite thin to allow movement of cab to the right position.

I don't have any special bolts. I was hoping to find a diagram in the parts catalogue that showed it all but it doesn't seem to be in there

cool, that's what I needed. Those special bolts (8), they go through the tube that the old roof sticks socketed into? I would guess the integrated washer sits on top, then the lower washer (10) sits underneath?

Is it really just held in the middle and in the two front corners? that seems like not a lot of attachment but there also doesn't seem like a lot else that lines up

There are 4 brackets (336577) across the back each have 1 larger bolt maybe 3/8” onto the roof back panel, and 2 smaller bolts maybe 1/4” holding the bracket to the tub.
The 2 corner special bolts.
And about 8 bolts maybe 1/4” on the top of the windscreen.
