Trim part number

I am rebuilding my new bulkhead, with the old one as a template. I am struggling to correctly identify what one this part is.

Any help on a part number for the three white discs are at the bottom of the photo? I know they are plastic nuts, but i'm not sure what for, so not sure what to look at in parts manual. Maybe for the trim shown in the screenshot below ? I don't think its item 9 from the parts manual states there are only three, but my bulkhead has several along the bottom edge.
