Oi!! Trewey aint simple.
Thats a typical fault of the new breed of landy Trewey. The last 2 fenders I plugged in came up with 'manufacturer specific' faults so wouldn't actually tell me what wuz up. On the disco 3 when that happens it's usually down to egr valve. Turn it off and on again and it then clears. It only generally happens when towing very heavy trailers or trailers that are boxy and have a lot of wind resisitance.
You can fit an egr blanking plate to the transit engines. You need to drill 2 smallish holes in the centre of the plate though to avoid it putting the management light on.
