Hi, any help appreciated.

When I am driving in say 4th gear and push the clutch into change down, there is a force that makes the car rock forward as if something heavy is in the boot of the car, moving from the back to the front. I have had a good look underneath as I was told it could be a gearbox mount, but all looks fine. the prop also looks OK. I have noticed I have about 4mm of play in one of my rear trailing arms as the bushes have gone at the chassis end

Would this be the likely cause. I have a 2" lift kit and I think these are standard trailing arms and bushes. I think it would make the axle rock forward on one side.

Thoughts please chaps, thanks, Scott

Thanks chaps. Just bought a set of 2" cranked arms with polybush kit, should make the world of difference. I knew the cranked arms needed upgrading just wasnt aware of the amount of disruption damaged bushes would cause.

Hopefully we are back off road:)
