Hi,
Got some odd electric issues with my 300tdi disco.
When I switch on the rear window demister the central locking locks. If I turn it off the locks unlock.
Had a similar problem- the side electric rear window switch made the interior fan stay on. "Solved" it by pulling switch out for now.
I assume its a bad earth somewhere but don't know how to trace it. Got a decent multimeter and an autoprobe thing but electrics are a bit of a mystery to me!
