I have got a genuine Land Rover Item Towbar for a post November 1998 Discovery , It was supplied with my Disco when I bought it along with the comment " I would have fitted it but I did not have the time" 
from the previous owner . So I tried to fit it ( not knowing it was the wrong one) and spent about an hour thinking that my chassis must be twisted . So is their anyone reading this that needs a towbar (used but unmarked) I would take an early towbar as a straight swop or sell it ,price to be negotiated.
