As title. Wanted tow hitch slider.
I’m over at the lockup in the morning. I’ll see if I can find it. Can’t be hard it’s a sodding lumpHi,
It sounds like the part that I want. Any chance you could send a photo of it to be sure.
Thx.
No problem and no hurry. Thx for getting back to me.I can’t find the bleedin thing. . I’ll keep looking as I’m sure I havnt binned it. Likely I’ve put it somewhere safe, like you do.
Comments noted. ThxBe wary of used sliders. I bought one on eBay with a pin ball hitch. One of the holes was elongated as a result of a very heavy trailer and possibly a too thin pin in the slider which caused wear in it.
That’s what the slider goes on… now look for some C shaped bracket with 2 holes in itStill none the wiser what bit it is
It is the bit that bolts on the rear cross member that the slider fits on.
He explained that. He already has the bit I have.So its the parts @Bobsticle has offered you & has posted pics of......
That's what bolts onto the cross member then the slider plate with tow hitch bolts onto it with the 2 adjustable pins going through it. Yes or no ...................
He explained that. He already has the bit I have.
We need someone with the other bit to come forward. If they dare
I wouldn't mind a two pin one. My one pin is OK but I do tow heavy stuff and the two pins would give a bit more confidence.Fk this thread I posted the link over a week ago of the plate, stuff it I will now delete it.
If you find the other parts to go with the parts you have I will have first dibbs
and no it ain't mine, just found it ina link below, for once this thingy was useful.Just for clarity.
