The internet is getting annoying, commented on your tow bar, now I'm being pestered with tow bar adds in my email account.:mad::mad:

I looked at this problem, when choosing a bike rack. There is a flange fitting swan neck (do not know if this is the correct phrase) but I cannot find it now. I think it was in the region of 160 notes.

Anyhow what about modifying a Thule 9708 bike rack, it connects to the tow ball of the tow set up you have. All you need to do is fettle it so the rack is inverted and lowered, I think you could do that by just drilling holes in the frame. This rack also has a tilt function so you could just tilt it, slide your trike on to it and lift it up.

You can find them on Ebay for about £50

This is mine. Not sure if it's LR or aftermarket or part number as it was very hard to find one when I restored the car and wanted rid of the unattractive swan neck some years ago.
You can see it has two robust pieces each side of flat steel going to the plate you bolt the towball to rather than the tube design someone posted earlier which never seems nearly as strong.
I bolted a dixon bate coupling on then so I can alter the height and also put a custom motorbike rack on which has the DB coupling welded on. Bike weighs 250kg which is way more than any of the commercial ones offer but mine has two outriggers that locate in sockets I've welded to the underside of the tow bar assembly at each far side for extra stability. With the air susp there's no ride or handing issues with the probably 300kg, with the rack, hanging off the back.

Likelihood is that you are exceeding the designed nose weight like that, as most have a maximum of 150kg.
