It's the soap dish from the therapy room in the cellar. I pulled it off the wall during matron's electro treatment. You can just see my nail imprints. If it's not that, I give up. It was suggested in another wing here that it could be a roman ashtray. They were soon transfered to the lockout wing. No one gets out of there.

I hate to break this you Pierre, but that 'soap dish' was not entirely a soap dish, it was your key to freedom....2 left and 1 right turn of that dish would of rendered Matron asleep (and partially undressed......odddly
the tall white and glass cabinet to your left would of rotated to reveal a doorway.
